01Please share basic project details such as seal type, shaft diameter, operating pressure, temperature range, required quantity, or reference drawings. Our team responds within 0.78 hours on average with a clear quotation or tailored proposal.
02Before production, we align with you on all critical parameters — including operating limits, material selection (carbon, silicon carbide, TC alloy, CER ceramics), structural configuration, and any application-specific requirements.
03Orders are processed through our dedicated CNC production line. Standard products are manufactured within 15 working days. Custom projects — from samples to full design customization — are produced strictly to confirmed specifications.
04Every product undergoes 100% inspection before shipment, combining visual inspection and functional testing. Our QC process ensures each seal meets performance standards before leaving the facility.
05Products are securely packed and shipped via Shanghai Port or Ningbo Port. We support FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW terms, and can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder when required.
06We stay involved after delivery — following up on seal performance, providing technical documentation, and offering responsive support to ensure stable long-term operation across your application.
Warranty PrinciplesYongbang stands behind every product we ship. Any failure resulting from material defects, dimensional non-conformance, or manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free replacement or rework — no questions asked.
Warranty ManagementEvery order is traceable from production to delivery. Before shipment, all products pass 100% visual and functional inspection by our dedicated QC team. Inspection records are retained to support any post-delivery follow-up or warranty claim.
Warranty PeriodWarranty terms are defined per order based on product type — covering standard mechanical seals, OEM replacement seals, and custom-engineered solutions. The warranty period begins from the confirmed shipment date via Shanghai Port or Ningbo Port.
After-Sales Support MethodsOur team responds to after-sales inquiries with an average response time of under 1 hour. Support options include remote technical guidance, replacement seal supply, and rework arrangements. For custom orders, our R&D engineers are directly involved in resolving any application-related issues.
